I have had several procedures in this hospital. There are not enough amazing words for the staff. I am Dr. Shahim's biggest fan. His nurse is so wonderful. The hospital staff, I have never felt so cared for. Recently I came in for an appointment for MRI and Karen Valdez in admissions went above and beyond for me. I was in pain and she did everything she could to accommodate me. Thank you all so much!

Ive been a patient here several times for numerous procedures. Each and every time I have been treated very well and have been pleased with every person but 1 that I have came in contact with. The hospital is exceptional in all that I've been involved with. My husband and I recommend the staff and hospital to all we know that needs their services

Did not listen fully to my concerns and pain. Went 3-4 months in pain before I insisted on having surgery on shoulder to find that I did in fact have a major rotator cuff tear. The male nurse practioner was condescending on every visit and basically implied I was lying about my pain. I finally requested not to see him anymore. Then billing afterward was ridiculous, and was not billed monthly...very confusing. It ended up being sent to collection because they assume that everyone can pay a $2000 Bill in one payment. Not satisfied at all...and still in pain.

A brief one hour outpatient procedure cost $7120.20! This includes zero followup care, nothing. we were required to show up at 5:30 but wasn't even called back until almost 8:00. Were were gone before 12:00 am. I will NEVER recommend this place. It is a ripoff.

My mother is here and when I was in the waiting area someone pissed in their nice chairs and of course at of all the chairs to set it I set in that one piss soaked chair. The staff without me asking offered me a room to take a shower and even give me some scrubs for the remainder of the day. They have treated my family as if we were some long lost kinfolks. Caring staff, clean hospital. If I ever need one of the surgeries they offer. I will be coming here. I would give it 100 stars if they would let me.
