The spa is a trip back in time when people came to Hot Springs to take the “cure”. Rather than compare to a modern spa enjoy the history. Most of the staff has been here for decades. Truly a historic place.

A little worn down but that's the beauty of the place. Everybody was extremely friendly the rooms were a little small but again that's kind of the beauty of the place. The beds were absolutely tremendous. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding

My friend and I came for the girls getaway package. The hotel is vintage cute but the bathhouse was gross. It was dirty, and truly needs a make over. My masseuse talked the entire time about how she drank too much the night before, she kept leaving because of her headache so it was a terrible experience. My friend said her masseuse was the same way, just wouldn't stop talking. The attendant I had for my bath was great but it was all down hill from there. I will never go back. On top of that they charged my credit card twice and took a good two weeks to get a refund, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Got a couples massage with my husband and neither of us had a great experience. The bath house was poorly lit and outdated (not in a good way) and really just needs some freshening up. I understand it's supposed to have a "vintage" feel, but it really just felt unkept and neglected. The people there were nice, but we did not enjoy the massages. My massage felt WAY too aggressive and my body actually feels sore and bruised today. I'm a petite woman, and the amount of pressure used was completely unnecessary. When my neck/scalp was being worked on, it felt like my hair was being yanked out. I felt tense the whole time because of how badly it was hurting. I mentioned I mostly wanted my back massaged and only the last 5 minutes of the 40 minute massage was dedicated to my back. On my husbands side of the room, he says not enough pressure was used and his massage therapist would not stop talking pretty much the whole time. About 2-3 times I heard my husband's skin being SLAPPED. What is that even supposed to do?! We left laughing about the whole experience because we try to make the best of everything, but it was not worth $160!

i only did the hydro therapy so I don't know about anything else but the lady who took care of me her name was innette I loved her she was so nice and very easy to talk to and so is Glenda the lady who took care of my grandma. but the place was pretty old and small which I personally... well it's just not my style but everything else was super duper great! For the bath house part. The hotel sucked the rooms were really old and nasty and my mom got stuck in the elevator.
