Armstrong Archives has been our offsite records retention vendor for several years now.  They are very prompt with pickups and deliveries.  They have revised their website a few couple of times in length of time we've been with them.  Each time has had improvements.  Their customer care staff is excellent!  They are always willing and happy to help us navigate changes on the website and help us order what we need.

My company has been a customer of AA since 1999. We have always had prompt and efficient service, and even though we are attempting to go paperless, there are still a lot of "paper files" that need to be stored off-site. We have more recently (within the past 5-years) begun using their monthly bin container shred system which also works well for our office. We are and have been very pleased with AA and hope to continue our long running business relations.

We have been with Armstrong for over 5 years, as in the beginning they have continued to provide our office with outstanding documentation retention services.  Their fee schedule is very reasonable and honestly it is the best one in the DFW metroplex.  Each time we have to pull a record from storage it is always done quickly and efficiently. When we have documents that have to be stored the staff at Armstrong is quick to assist us with pick up and as always the driver is helpful and friendly.  5 Stars to the Staff at Armstrong!!

Our company has used Armstrong Archives for many, many years. We are constantly pulling old files to be delivered, and picked back up. They are organized, prompt, courteous, professional, and competitively priced. It is THE solution for storing old files.

Armstrong Archives have a great service team and provide an awesome service at a competitive price. Staff was also so friendly and willing to help, our firm will definitely continue to work with them.
