My son has a storage garage here and I come up here every month to make his payment for him, and the manager here Desirae is always in such a great mood that it'll make you in a great mood as well. She's always smiling and willing to talk with you. She makes a point to connect with her customers and I do highly recommend this location. If you're wanting to store your items and be in great company while getting the process done then this is the place to come!

I have found my new storage building!! Recently in need of a larger storage, came in to campare prices, and what I got was SO much more! Desirae was PHENOMENAL! She took the time to break down prices, storage capacity, and regulations, and answered my questions without hesitation. Ive never had an experience like this at any other facility. Thank you for being spot on!!

Property Manager here at this facility is just amazing (Desirae).. She is very knowledgeable of storage needs even the merchandise to protect my belongings. I will recommend this facility to friends and family for her incredible customer service.

I am in transition with not just moving myself cross country from California to Texas for work, I also coordinated and arranged for my mothers move from New York to Texas!!! With that being said, a lot of decisions and choices needed to be made. I decided to reserve a storage unit at this location for my mothers items. I called the 800 number requesting the size needed based on cu size, after meeting Debra, property manager she told me right away that the requested size would not be big enough....she was right! She was very professional, personable, patient and recognizes the needs of others and reaches out to provide positive input and helps in anyway that she can. Since I am not from Texas, Debra was able to suggest some places that would be a place for me to visit just by getting to know me. I almost feel like I've known her my entire life. She is on point and amazing! If you want a positive experience whether you have short or long term storage needs, I highly recommend you going to see Debra! 

Debra - Thank you for all of your help! You have made my life so much easier during this time!!! You truly are knowledgeable, helpful and a sweet lady!
