Quality products and service. They went out to bid a job for my in-laws and by far were the most professional. They took detailed measurements of the house to ensure the best equipment for the space. They weren't the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive either. I've worked with cheaper companies and you really do get what you pay for. They also offer a maintenance program where they check the unit twice a year, clean it out, change out the filters, and fully inspect it so it doesn't break down in the middle of the night in 20 degree weather. Our unit has already lasted longer than our last one since doing the maintenance program. Definitely worth the investment! It pays for itsself with our cheaper utility bill

I bought my first house and was moving in on a Sunday and HAD to be totally out of my apartment by that day as well. On Friday evening we noticed a gas smell in the house, called Arnies and they had a tech out by 8:30 Saturday morning. He fixed some work previously poorly done by another company at the water heater and repaired the gas leaking from behind the stove. Very thankful for the last minute work that made it possible for me to move in on time! Steven was VERY knowledgeable and professional.

They treated me real fair on pricing a fix on my line from the house to the sewer after another company tried to take advantage of me.

I have had to use Arnie's Plumbing on a couple of different occasions and they always show up promptly and get the service done.
