Horrible experience.....DO NOT USE DELONG FOR ANYTHING....I HAD TO DIG UP MY SEWER LINE AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED AND I FOUND THEY NEVER REPAIRED IT EVER AND THEY HAD BEEN OUT TO REPAIR IT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AT 1500.00 DOLLAR EACH TIME SO WHEN I FINALLY HAD A FRIEND OF MINE BRING HIS BACKHOE OVER AND DUG UP THE MAINLINE OUTSIDE I FOUND THREE DIFFERENT CLEAN OUTS ONE OF WHICH WAS NOT EVEN GLUED OR CEMENTED IN AND ANOTHER ONE THAT WAS GLUED IN AT AN ANGLE THAT MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE AS A CLEANOUT SINCE IT WAS AT THE 3 OCLOCK POSITION WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE 12 OCLOCK POSITION....THEY JUST DO THE VERY MININMUM AND DO IT IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU MUST CALL THEM BACK TO DO FURTHER REPAIRS RATHER THAN FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.....I WOULDNT CALL DELONG FOR ANYTHING AT ALL WHATSOEVER....NEVER EVER THEY ARE BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORSE NIGHTMARE YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE.......OVER 5000.00 DOWN THE DRAIN TOTALLY WASTED AND STILL HAVE TO FIX IT MYSELF AFTER THE FACT....ON TOP OF THAT THE CITY OF SPFD DOESNT EVEN INSPECT THERE WORK CAUSE THEY HAD TO APPROVE THIS ONE WP ULD THINK WHO KNOWS BUT ILL GET IT DONE RIGHT BY ANYONE OTHER THAN DELONG.....TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!!!!
