I've used this company several years ago with an older home and was always pleased with their work and prices. However, I just called them yesterday about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink. The plumber that came out said he would have to cut through the dry wall under my sink to replace the piping and then that I should think about replacing all of the pipes like this one to prevent further problems. The price quote for the problem under the kitchen sink was over $500. I decided to get a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!!! The other company said there was no need to cut through the dry wall at this time and the cost was only a fraction of what Benjamin Franklin was going to charge. I compare this experience to that of going to get my oil changed and they try to tell you all these other things are wrong and need to be replaced just to scare you into spending more money and helping them make more money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We have had several different companies "roto router" our sewer line over the years due to tree roots. This one charged MORE THAN TWICE what anyone else ever has. When I asked "why it is so much", I was rudely told "THAT IS WHAT IT COSTS". NEVER again. I was under the impression that it would cost in the range that all the others had. Hah!  And rude besides. Do NOT use this company!!

We've used Benjamin Franklin for about 7 years now. Their techs are always cordial, answer questions, professional, and they get the job done quickly. I appreciate being able to trust a company like theirs when there is a need for their services. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and thorough. The initial person that took my call was very pleasant to speak with. Duke, service professional, came out and resolved our issue and was patient with all of our questions.

Duke diagnosed our plumbing problems, explained our cost options, and allowed us to decide which way to go. Then he proceeded to make the repairs we had approved. Duke was prompt in arriving and did his job in clean professional manner. We were very please with him and his work.
