We were staying at a resort, originally from Michigan. My three year old had a high fever and cough also was wheezing at night. We didn't know where to take him from our location so we gps the closest location to a children's hospital. The staff was amazing and quickly got us in. Te doctor also was very informative and was in within five minutes. Overall amazing experience. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Thank God it was only viral and his lungs were clear. We also didn't have our medical card and left our id at the resort since we were in a panic. They were really accommodating. Very happy we went there.

I'd like to thank all the staff for treating my daughter and for all support I have received, specially to Dr. Knapp for the excellent work. Everyone was very kind and helpful and they were able to provide comfort and hope to our disturbed hearts.

You're better off going somewhere else. I've had to wait hours to be seen when I was only told it would be no longer than an hour. I've been here more than twice and it's happened every time. Will not be going back.

I can't say enough about the PHENOMENAL care my daughter received at Arnold Palmer Hospital! From housekeeping, nurses, technicians, child life staff, to physicians, the care was first class! God bless everyone employed at this amazing hospital!

Was on vacation. They in 30min or less diagnosed my 4month olds bad ear infection and kept me very informed. Answered all my questions, the staff is very educated and helpful. A+
