Dr. Pichardo sees my grandmother, DD,  and i want to thank her for  helping my grandmother look and feel better.  She recommended that she see a specialist who took her off several meds and gave her one for seizures! She is much better and we appreciate her soooo much! Awesome Doctor who truly cares and listens.

I love my dr pichardo.
She is attentive and helped me lose weight.
She is on top of my medical issues.
A really great doctor. I know she wont be there long.
I am so thankful for her.
The community health center is worth it for good, consistent health treatment at a affordable price.
They take most insurances and they have at least 4 receptionists, which get clients checked in for appointments 
The have an on-site lab also, which eliminates the  need to go to outside labs for bloodwork.
The have ob/gyn and dental assistance as well.
The center is only around a year old or less.
The area around it is a little sketchy,  it is mercy drive after all. I haven't experienced any issues driving there or being hassled by unscrupulous  characters . It is safe to go here.
The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is it takes forever to get an appointment. The appoinment line hold music and 30 minute  or more wait time over the phone will drive you bonkers. 
Trust me, go to the office and get your appointment in person. It only takes me 5 minutes to walk in and get my appointment , opposed to 45 minutes waiting on the phone.

Staff was rude and never was given my tubal form till late and was unable to have the procedure done during surgery now I have to return to get opened up again worst service ever received

Location is dangerous ,wait time is insane ,the only reason they get any stars is because the staff is nice but I would not reccomend this location to anyone .about 2 hour wait time for the dr. To see you for lese than 15 min is not worth it.also beware driving on mercy you have to pass the convenience store that everyone says drug deals happen at (cops always shutting the road down)and if you come down 50 you pass the gas station where the people follow you to your car begging for money and if you dont give anything they curse you out....it says there is cameras all around the loction but what is a video going to do after you and your children have been traumatised...and back to the wait time thats just crazy.
