Working with Pete McArdle has been a great experience. Arnold & Smith is an excellent law firm to work with. I was in a car accident and they were able to help me even though I live in Illinois. All correspondence was done over the phone, e-mail, and fax. Everyone was wonderful, patient, and got me the maximum they could for settlement. Highly recommended!

I've been affiliated with this firm for some years. I find no complaint whatsoever with this group. Brad Smith and his staff are first class grade A+. BTW Mr. Smith is one of the BEST of the BEST, ranking #1. To make a longer story shorter, if ever the need of an Attorney comes up please do yourself a favor and contact the office of Arnold & Smith. It doesn't matter the need call them.

James Bradley Smith was recommended to me as one of the top attorneys in North Carolina. After meeting and working with Brad I found this statement to be true, regarding my criminal defense case. He immediately scheduled my consultation.  My husband and I were so confident in him after the consultation, that we decided immediately to retain his services for my case on the same day.  

From what I researched, Brad is known for having an excellent track record in getting the best results for cases that he represents. He is extremely intelligent, well spoken, and highly committed to his clients. He, his Paralegal and staff were very professional, communicated well, gave excellent direction, and were easy to work with. 

Brad and his staff made me feel very comfortable, respected and reassured. I also found Brad to be a great communicator, extremely thorough and well prepared with my case.
