My name is Samantha Velez. I hired this law firm due to a motor vehicle accident back in February. Recently I was in a car accident and after a couple of days of being in pain, I realized that I needed representation. I was concerned because it took 3 days for my symptoms to show from the accident and I new that the other person's insurance company would argue my injuries was not accident related. Needless to say I was nervous and overwhelmed. Auger and Auger supported me through the whole process. I received phone calls and emails on a weekly bases. I was relieved that I didn't have to deal with the insurance companies at all. My claim was settled quickly and I was satisfied with the results.

I was involved in an accident for the first time in 20+ years.  I had no clue what I needed to do, my neck and shoulder were hurt.  Herb Auger guided me thru the process of getting the insurance company take responsibility of getting my car repaired and getting them to a fair settlement quickly.  Easy to reach and work with.

Months ago , I get involved with a  accident. I get hurt in my neck and back of my head. With help from the firm , I know each step to take to get best treatments I need  in time and have settlement done quickly . I am happy with the result. Thanks Arline Auger and her team. Highly recommended.
