Mr. Duncan is awesome!!! He is very realistic and up front. He defintely will not waste your time. Make the right choice and choose Mr. Duncan you wont regret it. P.s his office has a nice view of charlotte from the 11th floor.

Terry is excellent! He was so thorough and patient. His staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. If you need to file bankruptcy, go through Terry! He gets a very strong recommendation from me.

I interviewed several bankruptcy attorneys before selecting the Duncan Law firm. From the moment I walked in the door I knew they were the best choice to help me with my complicated situation. Mr. Duncan is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced bankruptcy attorney in the Charlotte area. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. Even though this was the most difficult time for me they were all very compassionate and reassuring. The hearing went seamlessly, which meant that Mr. Duncan was thorough, accurate and detailed. I know of several other people who hired other attorneys and did not have nearly the flawless experience that I had. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had their help with everything. I highly recommend them for anyone considering bankruptcy.
