If I could give this a 0 star I would. The concept they have is great, but the execution is absolutely abysmal. We've ordered around 4 or 5 times in the past. Every time has taken at LEAST 2 hours to get our food. Some days were understandably weekends, but some not. Food is ALWAYS cold. Not sometimes, not maybe, it's always been cold for us. I figured that it was maybe just bad luck but after 4 times, well... The last time we used their service the guy actually came up to our door angry because we didn't give a good enough tip, then said that we should tip him higher because they don't get paid unless we tip him...which 1) is probably untrue and 2) highly illegal. In my defense, a $6 delivery fee, on top of $30-$40 for the actual food, plus a tip...for 2 people and a baby that's a bit excessive, especially when the food is cold. I hope they get better because on my lazy nights Of really love to use them!

They were really nice and convenient at first but they are having issues now. Its 1 P.M. and I go to deliver food but they have it turned off. For the past couple of months its been this way, where they just turn off delivery. They are always like this in the afternoon but apparently can't hire new drivers.

Ordered lunch for our office to arrive at 11:30, coming from a restaurant 2 miles away. Short version of the story is that Arrowhead assigned our driver to pick up 2 orders from 2 restaurants, and since the food at the other place was not ready, the driver sat there waiting for it before picking up our order (ours was ready on time). Order for 11:30 arrived 1 FULL HOUR LATE (12:30). Driver was very apologetic, but it was not his fault. We will probably find someone else to deliver, or just go get it ourselves.

Definitely will not be using these guys again. Ordered a couple of sandwiches, the receipt for my order was finished at 1:15 p.m., and for some reason did not arrive until 2:35 p.m. for a wholly disappointing experience. My sandwiches were all soggy and almost inedible. Also the tip before you receive your food system is so backwards it is not even funny. Thanks Arrowhead.

As expected. Used many times in Abilene with about a 70% success ratio. There have been long waits, wrong orders, missing items, etc., but not all the time. Most of the time they are on time and the order is correct. However, you get what you pay for. a Delivery fee plus a 20% Tip is worth it to not got out sometimes. They should charge a mandatory drivers fee and a smaller service fee. I have spoken to a few drivers and they do not get any of the 5.99/6.99 fee (because that pays the hourly wages), they only get 5.25 an hour and a tip. Not sure why people expect perfection every time. If tipping was better, the good drivers would stick around. Anyway, its not cheap
