Aaron was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to understand how our entire system worked. He was able to troubleshoot a complicated wiring issue with ease. This would have left most techs searching for hours. He tirelessly ensured that our family would have air conditioning and stayed to fix the system well past his shift. He was even kind enough to help chase down one of our cat that ran into the attic while he was working. Truly exceptional service that is unheard of in this fast pace world. Aaron J. is a must recommend for the triad area.

Wonderful experience! ARS contacted me shortly after making the online request and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Walter, the Project Manager that came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He clearly explained my product options, pricing and the process. The excellent customer service was greatly appreciated.

Alfredo Olivo was prompt, efficient, and very helpful. I needed a thermostat and he installed a Nest Pro. The Nest Pro would not recognize the key and he stayed and worked with the Nest Pro technical support to work out the issue. He was very professional. I was impressed with level of service and would recommend him to others.

Alfredo from ARS was polite and efficient. I called to get repair work done and while doing the repairs, he showed me pictures of bacteria growing in the AC unit. He recommended the HVAC system and explained to me what it does. He made sure i understood what i was getting. After the installation, he showed me the work he performed. He did a thorough job.
