Very nice but the wait time is bad. One I had to wait and hour and a half for my father’s oil change no other Car dealership should take that long to do an all change I have been to Honda Illinois dealership hey only take me 30 minutes for them to get done you think of please luxury would be fast but yet they waste your time

Bought my ES350 from Lexus of Merrillville and I couldn't be happier! I usually dread going to car dealers but this experience was completely different. They made everything so easy, and the price was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
