I had them work on my house addition and I have to say from all the subcontractors Need a Plumber was the most reliable. Sase, the owner, is a true gentleman and his work is implacable.

After a "No-Show" (from a different plumber from another company) I contacted Marlene and explained my dilemma that we were in dire need of a plumber for my tank-less hot water tank installation today. Our electricians were already on sight and basically waiting to continue the installation. Marlene went above and beyond expectations (usually when we call for service from other companies we have to be scheduled in a day or two in advance) she put us on a brief hold, she made a call and came back within a minute and made sure that we were taken care of within a few hours. That's great customer service and that's a great company! Its refresshingly nice to see people who care.  Kevin the plumbing installer came and was extremely pleasant, professional and fast! The install took less than a 3 hours from removal of my old tank (which they thankfully hauled away) and installation of the new tank-less system. We would highly recommend this company for plumbing services anytime and they now have two new clients for life. Thank you! Derick & Richard

Amazing work by plumber Chris. He came and explained everything. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I shopped around for the best price and Need a Plumber was the best one I found. If you're looking for great, clean, and professional plumber then call them, you will not be dissapointed. Thanks guys for an amazing job done.

I had a good experience with these guys.  They were a little off on their timing but when the guy showed up I told him that I had to take my dog to the vet in 45 Min.  He came in got right to work and did a great job.  I even made my appointment.

Best plumbers ever! There's nothing Sase the owner cant figure out. All the guys there are professional and knowledgeable. This company will not try to mislead you, upsell you, or rip you off. Fairly priced and competent. I've had to call them many times for various problems at rental properties and condos and they've always come through. Before finding them, I tried many others and the squeeze was on to do what was not needed and at much greater cost. When a major problem occured at a condo I manage, they could not come out the same day, and as it effected multilple floors, we had to call someone else. After 4 days that LARGE company could not resolve the issue. Finally I got Sase there and within 5 minutes he figured out what was happening, and that it involved a 2 day job, completed it with no more issues. I would not trust anyone else.
