It’s not often that a business goes above and beyond a customer’s expectations. We recently contacted Buckeye Plumbing to locate a possible leak in one of our walls. They showed up on time, the first time with all of the proper equipment. The plumper who came to our house was friendly and professional. As part of the inspection the plumber had to go on the roof to look down the vent pipe with a camera. (looking for the leak)While he was up there he accidentally slightly, damaged one of our roof tiles (we wouldn’t have known if he didn’t tell us) Not only did he ADMIT to doing it BUT the administration contacted us and had it professionally repaired by a roofing company! Sometimes the true test of a good, honest business isn’t when everything is easy. It’s how they handle matters when things don’t go as planned. Buckeye Plumbing exceeded ALL of our expectations and I must say I was truly impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Those qualities are getting harder and harder to find with businesses in South Florida. I strongly recommend Buckeye plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber and will be using them from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

The technician was knowledgable and professional. The technician showed up quickly to restore water to our home, and the cost for the emergency call was very reasonable.

I very seldom write reviews however thought I must in this case..I had an emergency last night...all toilets, tub & shower were backed up at 8:30pm. I called Buckeye and Paul called me back..he was here by 9:00. Turns out not only did he fix everything in a very short time, but explained it was the toilet paper...He was professional, courteous and he is my new Plumber for life !! Everyone...if you use Charmin..stop !! Thank you Paul, A Hysterical Woman in Jupiter.

I called this morning for a leak repair and was able to have the tech there within a hour. John was my tech and he is very knowledgeable and does excellent work and has a great attitude. It was a pleasure using Buckeye Plumbing Services and having John work on my house's water lines.

I know this company and they background check everyone. Mr. R is not being truthful. Unsure why he would post such a defamatory statement.
