This was our first experience in a Pure Sleep store. Demillios was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on all mattresses and products. We appreciated his professionalism and how he allowed my husband and I to talk things through and try out the mattresses according to our fit, without the pressure. Thank you! The store was very clean and comfortable, however some of the signage was incorrect on a section of mattresses, which was a little confusing. Overall a great experience. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

We went in for Black Friday weekend shopping and had a great experience. Our sales man was knowledgeable, could multi task, was open to what our budget was and was very helpful, and very friendly. He stayed on top of it until we got our delivery. Thanks for all the help again.

Salesman was high pressure. And tried to sell extras that didn't fit our needs. I have allergies and am very knowledgeable about related bedding; salesman treated me as if I don't know what I was talking about.

Went in to get two queen beds, and it was a very pleasant, painless experience...in and out in less than an hour, superb customer service from the salesman, gave us a good deal! Highly recommend

Fast, friendly service. Demillios was prompt in helping us find the right mattress for a good nights sleep. Keurig coffee was good too!
