I have received excellent service from this store several times. However, they only like to service phones that were purchased at their store. Purchase your phone here and they will take care of any problems you have.

it should not matter where I bought the phone from the service is what matters . with attitude like yours I hope they close your store down. I would not buy anything from the store .
