I got the full attention needed to talk to Steve, a rep at the store. He asked me several questions about my floor surfaces and then told me why my new machine would work the best for me. I trusted his opinion and bought it. I love the features it has and the warranty. My machine came with a free service inspection once a year, for 3 yrs. Your not going to get that from any of these big box stores. All my supplies can be bought inside this small and easy store, with great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a new Lindhaus vacuum and since I had never heard the brand name before, I wasn't sure what to expect. But when I used it, my wife and I were both greatly impressed. It lifted up the carpeting pile so beautifully that it looked like a new carpet when I got done. It is also much easier to move around than my old Hoover. I HIGHLY recommend the Lindhaus!

Superb service, got my parents the perfect vacuum setup for their needs! No more scaring the cat with the vacuum cleaner!
