Awesome store! Matt, the store manager, is a great guy and will go above and beyond for you. And he definitely teaches his employees well. Chris and everyone else there are great people!

The manager, Matt, went out of his way to help me. I lost my phone in Hawaii and when it was found he helped me get it back without any charges to me. He got me a new phone and had all my info on the old one put on the new phone. He also got my phone to work with my car's Android Auto and assisted me with several other details. He does a great job and is a real asset to Verizon. This is not the first time he has helped at your store.

Monica is an awesome person to go see pays attention to detail and answered all my questions. Set all expectations up front and no surprises.

Monica is amazing! she helped me block all aps on my sons phone so he can't see anything or download anything I don't want him to have! Love the Lapeer store!

No wait at all! William was great - helped me back up my phone, check for new updates, and he put new glass on my phone, perfectly done. Thank you! I'd definitely rate the service at this store 5-star. I've always gotten good, friendly service here, and today was no exception.
