RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I paid $41.38 for lack luster food, long wait in a short drive thru line and a manager who took it upon herself to just switch up didn't ask me my order because, she forgot that they were out of what I wanted. Did she tell me this when i picked up the order.....? No it wasn't until I called and let her know about it along with the fries that were missing as well. Her additude was oh well nothing she could do unless I drove back to exchange what she decided to put in my order and get the missing fries. This was an order put in aprox. 11:40pm and well after 12:30am. After being in the ER for well over 5 hours and needing to get something for my husband and family who waited up for us to eat the last thing I needed was a disrespectful manager who on the other side of the phone feeling froggy. For a franchise that has been around for what seems to be forever, you could do way better with the food, customer service and who you give the title Manager to. **And to respond back to the "Owner" who contacted me 2 hours ago 2/15/2023. If you paid attention to the complaint/concerned feedback you just sent me to then YOU would have seen that, that was the FIRST place I went to that same morning around 1am to start my complaint after I got off the phone with your establishment. So this just shows the lack of concern.
First time at this location and service was great not to mention that our food was fresh hot and delicious. Although they were out of tea out at the drink service station staff was very quick to let me know that they had another station for the drive thru costumer's that they would gladly fill my cup.
This used to be a really great location, but the last three times have not been good experiences. My orders have all been wrong, poor customer service, and very slow. Tonight was the topper though. Not only was my order wrong burger had absolutely everything on it when I asked for it to be plain, but the lady at the drive through was rude. If you want a good experience, go during lunch hours. The staff seems to run the place much better then.
Don’t waste your time. Went at 7:12 PM on a Monday. Dining room was locked with several employees lounging in the eating area. Entered the drive thru and was told they wouldn’t be taking any orders. After informing them I have already submitted and paid for an order via the app, I was told to pull around and got my food a few minutes later. Sounds like there was nothing wrong and the employees simply didn’t want to do their jobs. Don’t know how this place pays rent.
This place is ridiculous. I try to come here everyday now just to see what wonderful reasons they have as to not take my order. You come at any time of the day they are either unable to take orders or to come back in 10 min. Just to tell you they can't take orders or they tell you they are closed at around 2p, 4p, 7p. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is it seems they are only at work to get paid and not actually feed the people. We all understand short staff but why bother even having staff just to come on the drive thru speaker to say we are closed. Someone really needs to look into this location because when they are actually staffed the other day it took over 45min to take 1 person to order and make u wait still for another who knows how long. Very sad that this place doesn't seem to care about feeding their customers.
Pulled up to drive thru- & an employee came on to tell me they were the only person working & everyone else was on break. Could I wait 10 min for them to come back? No! This is sad! I always have to worry at these locations if I’m going to be able to eat. Ridiculous! Go home! If you aren’t there to work! It’s 7 pm! People want to eat, not wait for you to get back from a break!
1 star because I have to. Waited 35 mins in line to be told they're not taking orders. Don't bother replying to this, while in line I saw all the 1 star reviews and already contacted the link u guys have dropped with a "were so disappointed" bs. Not only did I wait that long in line TO ORDER but this was because we Door Dashed and you missed half the order. It's not the delivery driver as this has happened with multiple delivery apps. Will not order again. TL:DR, if it's passed 10pm, go somewhere else. Most of the reviews were late night complaints. I don't know about day time.
Not every biz is perfect, but I will say this location will go above and beyond. Uber eats driver failed to wait and deliver my order. Well I called the store and District Manager answered and pulled my ordered told me the driver left without my order. So the DM told me to contact the driver. That was a failure...so I called the store again and this time the DM insisted on delivering my order $55. And I did get everything I ordered. Thank you JNB! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking.
Service was decent, though they were slammed due to the lunch rush. Order was totally correct and the employees were nice and thorough despite being clearly shorthanded. Food was all hot and fresh, cooked and prepared to expectations.Food: 4/5
I pulled up to this location it shows 24 hours drive through i was told by the employee that they aren’t accepting orders because they are short staff and is restocking. Why isn’t a sign showing this at the drive windows. I saw a wet floor sign holding the door open at 3:50 am while both the employees were sitting in the car on their phones for 30 minutes at lest
