Home of the infamous Flora, the Flower Lady, gracing our corner of Cleveland Avenue & North Street. We are family owned and operated, and have been proudly serving the area in the same location since 1908.
We feature the freshest flowers and the most innovative designs created by our fabulously talented team of floral designers.
We utilize a state-of-the-art system to take orders with accuracy, friendliness and security.

I am a flower shop in Cheney, WA and called this flower shop to give them an order and PAY with a CREDIT CARD and the woman told me they were not accepting credit card orders!  You have got to be kidding me!  She then went on to tell me that she wouldn’t give me a discount when I never even asked for one!  I understand that it is a holiday but I would NEVER turn down a credit card order!

Ordered bouquet for my wife for our anniversary. First off there website sucks and I couldnt complete order so I had to call in. Told them exactly what I had picked online. Was a rose and lilly bouquet that was reg priced at 62.99. I ordered the deluxe which was 12 bucks or so more. They delivered a small carnation bouquet that had 2 roses. I was quite upset since i spent 128 bucks with delivery. So I called in to find out that they charged me for a difderent bouquet which was a 100 bucks. They offered to send the one I payed for the next day!!! They did let me keep the carnation bouquet that I didnt want or need. Thanks I guess! I will never do business here again!!!

Called to have an arrangement delivered when out of town for an extended period. Gave a price range, color scheme and told them to use their creativity for selection. Riding couldn't have been easier. Needless to say, the flowers picked were high quality, long lasting and beautiful.

Riding couldn't have been easier. Needless to say, the flowers picked were high quality, long lasting and beautiful. I try not to order from online flower delivery places, because of fees and you're always left saying... "$80+ and that's all they got?". Fees are ridiculous, and markup is criminal with these online shops. True, honest and great staff. I plan to make future orders through them.

The WORST! Specifically took time to go in and speak to them about the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. I was assured it would be exactly the way we discussed it or at least very close. 
I have had very few online orders look the way they appear online and felt confident that by taking the time and effort to actually go to the florist I would get the outcome I was looking for. Hesitant to ask the recipient to send me a picture of the bouquet they received.... I did so anyway.
The arrangement had colors and foliage that I specifically made clear not to have. I spent extra to get exactly what I wanted and I am so disappointed.. this should have been a great experience for not only the recipient but for me the customer as well. I will NEVER use this florist or recommend them to anyone!
