Too bad I can't give this 0 stars. I went in to ask if they would be able to cash a transfer through western union. The clerk, Melissa, first asked how much we would expect to receive, gave us a blank look and told us she wouldn't be able to cash it because 'they hadn't fixed the thing.' I called a day or so after and a man answered and said the western union system was being updated and he didn't know how long it would take. Called again today, it was Melissa. I asked if their system had been updated, she hung up without an answer. Called again, she hung up. Called a third time and she didn't answer. Called a fourth time and sparks flew, she was so incredibly rude and even lied to me. She said she wasn't allowed to talk about western union on the phone. I had just talk to a man from that store about it, and other stores too. I wouldn't waste my time with any Check into Cash from now on. They hire people who are incapable with dealing with people or even knowing how to do their jobs.
