Love this location!  So convenient to have a local branch for a nationwide company.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  Well-maintained, clean, and well lit location.  There is very easy access and ample parking.

Gave one star because it was the lowest available.  Went into the bank Wednesday April 4, 2018 to pay a Bank America VISA card bill for my father-n-law of $1.90.   I presented the teller two one dollar bills and I was told they could not accept cash without my drivers license.  I know of no federal law that requires this.   I don't know what is going on there but be sure that I would never recommend this bank or use them again.  By the way he is canceling his card.

One of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. So now if your not a customer and try to cash a check that a Bank of American customer has given you for whatever reason. You can no longer go thru the teller line but have to be waited on by a personal banker in one of the offices. This is now done to try to persuade you to bank with this horrible bank so not only do they charge you a fee but make you wait 20 to 30 minutes for an agonizing and unprofessional banking experience. 

When it was made clear to the personal banker that I’m not go to use their services, she went out of her way to make the wait as long as possible. I’m not certain about other locations but this one lacks class and professionalism.  If a Zero star was available, I’d select that. This area has to many quality banks nearby that customers can utilize. Checks them out within 1 mile of any direction. Arvest,, Midfirst, Bank of Oklahoma just to name a few.

Absolutely horrible. The entire staff was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. If I asked any questions it was met with feeling that I was wasting someone’s time. We won’t be going back to that particular location again.

Worse banking experience ever for my business and personal. Always holding checks from companies that I have deposited from many times. Then tells you well yes they see it's been deposited but the account is audited and nothing they can do until all the funds a retrieved to make it available. Treats you like a number not a customer. I would say put  under money a mattress than bank with them thats how terrible it is.
