Pretty authentic take on German and other central European cooking. (Chicken paprikosh almost as good as my grandmother's.) Lots of beer selections. Open rafters, exposed brick, "warehouse decor". Seating at long row tables: bring your drinking buddies, not a romantic date... unless she likes a casual atmosphere and lots of beer, in which case you're lucky!

Went here for a surprise engagement party and loved it. Great atmosphere and plenty of space for just a couple or a group. Love the rooftop. The bar is well staffed and stocked. Very cool spot. Did not get to try the food but will be back.

Good draught beer selection of you're into German beers, but the token system they use (to get a pretzel or sausage sandwich on the rooftop level) is a bit annoying: not sure why you can't simply page your order with the bartender and pick it up when ready. This aside, the main dining area features a great variety of appetizers and entrees to choose from. Good wait staff but the place has usually been very busy, so expect have a long wait.

Good beer selection. Great food menu. Roof top bar is cool, especially when the Christmas market is up there.

Would you have guessed they have really good beer? No me neither but they do. Just I prepared to wait an hour to get one in the summer
