Five-star, exceptional service and value. I am so thankful I went with Ascent Roofing Solutions to replace the entire roof of my enormous historic house. The quality of the work and materials were outstanding, and the warranty is a 50-year transferable one. But most impressive and reassuring are the caliber of service, care, and responsiveness of Brent and his amazing staff. The size of my home, the steep pitch of the roof, and the damage to some of the wood meant that the job cost nearly $20,000, for which I needed to take a big loan. But it was entirely worth it. I have had several issues--which turned out to have ZERO to do with my roof and everything to do with my bricks--and the office staff was prompt, respectful, responsive, and accommodating. Brent himself came out several times to discuss items with me, and his kindness, care level, professionalism, expertise, and honesty have never ceased to blow me away. It is so rare to find those qualities in a contractor! Every penny of that total was money well spent. I am thrilled I went with Ascent Roofing, and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, outstanding service and peace of mind for decades to come. Thank you, Brent!

Brent and his crew did a roof replacement on commercial buildings consisting of 8 apartment complexes. From the very first meeting to the job completion was a very smooth project. Brent coordinated deliveries of materials, scheduling of the roofing crews with our management so it would not disrupt the tenants. Let me tell you you guys did a fantastic job. Materials were stored out the the way of tenant parking, you put door hangers on all tenants doors informing them of the construction that was taking place and the clean up was done daily! The tenants told us how professional you and your staff were. The job was completed on time and on budget. Thank you for a job well done!

Brent and his team are professional, punctual, thorough, and fair. I was impressed from day 1 with Ascent Roofing Solutions. From the in-home presentation to the quote and, once we selected them, from the on-the-job communication to the final walk-through... everything was "above and beyond." Brent takes great pride in his work, his team, his company, and our community. My husband and I felt we were cared for like family ... and our home was treated as their own. 

Ours was a tough job. Not only is our roof unconventional (portions that are steep, several dormers, flat rubber section), but we were also making a dramatic material shift (from wood shingles to 3D asphalt). My husband I extensively researched every material (literally - wood, slate, metal, shingles), quoted over 15 companies, and hummed and hawed for months. Throughout the process, Brent and his team were responsive and thoughtful. After material selection and quality of shingle, we awarded the work to the company who we trusted the most... and Ascent won that in spades. 

If we move and ever need another roof, we'll absolutely go with Brent and his team again. Full confidence in them.
