These company is very bad on customer service, i called them and set up an appointment to see if i get an estimate for new siding to my house, they set me up a date, but no one even showed up and not even a phone call from them to explaining why they did not come and did the estimate, so then i called the next day and talk to someone and he said that he will look in to it and he'll be giving me a call back,but i never heard from him again. Please go call other companies for your home improvements because this CHAMPION company really sucks with customer service. I would not even give them 1 star, if i had the choice i would even rate them NEGATIVE stars.

We purchased windows and doors through Champion in 2015. Part of the sales pitch was that our windows and doors would be covered under warranty. We have called twice since owning our windows about minor warrant issues and all was taken care of perfectly. I called today for a issue with our screen on our french door. I gave them all my information and was told that there would be a $99 service charge for my warranty request. Apparently, management had never implemented this charge in the past and now is starting to charge customers. This is crazy to me! We paid A LOT for these windows and doors. The reason we went with Champion is the warranty we were promised by the sales person and became accustomed to since purchasing our windows. False sales tactics and very poor customer service.

Called this company after being "highly reccomended" from a Home Advisor representive. Was as polite as a human could possibly be with these people. They would not return calls or even answer the phone. So I called from a different number and they decided to immediately answer. I work for an apartment community so there is no "owner" to speak to for the individual units. They claim that in order to work they need to speak to the "owner of the unit". We are a nationwide corporation that handles all billing with invoices or checks. So I am authorized to schedule payments, I do this daily. This company is very sketchy and does not deserve any reccomendations. Please beware unless you have a lot of extra free time. 209 Green Meadows Dr S. Lewish Center OH is the office I talked to.

Really like the new windows, although we are having some issues with the screens. However, really don't want to pay for the service call, so we will just deal with it, as it is not that big of a deal. Just wish we didn't have to pay them to come out to check on something that was not done properly. But, at least the windows look great!
