WOW! What a roof! What a Grade A+ company!! Newman Roofing has blown me away with high end quality service from my initial phone call to the roof inspection to the install of my new roof. They demonstrated genuine friendly and courteous interactions and answered all my questions honestly from start to finish. The skill and knowledge demonstrated and implemented by everyone was impeccable! I wouldn't think I would ever be so excited about a roof, but Newman Roofing has changed my outlook. I have used Newman Roofing a couple times this year. First time was smooth and everything was perfect. Second time I noticed a major leak with the first rain after the repair. Seems the plumber hired three years earlier had created a plumbing issue that had gone unnoticed until the roof repair made it worse (at no fault of the roofing company). Newman Roofing gets 5 stars for showing concern for my situation, getting someone out there within a couple hours to look at the problem, taking the time to figure out exactly what was happening, and working with me to explain what was going on. Even though I now have to call a plumber to fix my current problem, I’m more than happy with the service received from both Tim and Alex. Based on what I have just gone through and the level of professionalism and courtesy from everyone involved, I will never use another roofing company for anything. They are honest and really care about their customers. I had a hard time reading their reviews because there weren’t any negative ones, now I know why. Too bad more companies don’t treat their customers like Newman Roofing does. They took a very angry customer and created one for life. I want to thank everyone there who had to deal with me today when I was so upset. You took an unpleasant experience and turned it into a positive one.

Amazing experience! I have to say that Jason and the enitire team went above and beyond our expectations. Jason went to bat for us with our insurance company and came to meet them on more than one occasion when we hadn’t even made the decision to hire Newman roofing yet. They showed up exactly when they said and were honest about the repairs and the condition of our roof. The work was done fast and they left our yard exactly how it was before they started.  Would hire them again in a second.

The entire process was very good and the price was competitive.  The recommended work was explained in detail and time was taken to go over the agreement line by line before signing.    The work crew arrived as scheduled and were very courteous and respectful.   The progress of the work was explained at several points during the day, and at the conclusion pictures were used to show the work that was done and how it was completed.  I know some others who have had Newman Roofing and have heard all very good comments about their experiences.   I'd recommend them.

After screening several companies, we chose Newman Roofing to put a new roof and new gutter guards on our home as well as replace the roof on the backyard shed.  Our choice of Newman hinged on basically three things:  
1.  Newman sales rep Jason presented us with a number of shingle choices as well as colors and did not pressure us with sales rhetoric.
2.  We were not pressured to post money up front; we paid ONLY when the job was completed to our satisfaction and Newman's inspection.
3.  We found sales rep Jason, job supervisor Aaron, and owner Tim easy to work with and open to our suggestions.
The construction crew arrived on time, cleaned up everything really well, and stayed until the job was completed.  One of our down spouts came loose while the roof was being shingled and, within two days of my calling Newman, a young man from the company arrived and repaired the down spout.  If you want a quality roof and folks with whom it is a pleasure to work, then Newman is the company for you.  We are very pleased and highly recommend them.
