Very professional.  They were concerned about getting the roof fixed before the next rain.  So far, so good.  If I didn't know they were coming I would have never known they were there.  Not a single sign of trash or debris could be found.  Thanks!

During the process of selling my house recently, I worked with Benchmark Roofing to replace part of my roof.  Buying and selling houses is stressful enough that you need to work with good companies when work on your house is needed to move forward in the selling process.  First, Benchmark priced very competitively.  And as important as price, they agreed to and delivered on a timeline that worked with our closing (I think we had about two weeks to work with), even with some rainy days thrown in the mix.  Kelly in their office was great to work with, answered all of my questions and worked with their scheduling and production teams to get answers when needed.  This was a very good experience.

I had talked to the Benchmark Roofing at the home and Home and Garden show a little while back not knowing that not long after that we would be in need of their services when we had storm damages to our roof. But let me tell you from the time we called into their office to make a appointment. And all the way though the process of them dealing with our insurance company, and their crew installing our new roof. This company was an A+.
Very friendly, great customers service, and good quality work.
