Very cluttered and staff not very personable.   The young man I finally found to help me was very nice and knowledgeable.  Prices are very high though.

Very helpful, knowledgeable about their products, always make good recommendations. And you can always pet Diana sitting at the register !

I called around looking to buy a plastic flea comb for my cat. They were sold out but had promotion ones behind the counter and they gifted to me free. True animal lovers. Thank you, my cat will appreciate this tonight. Definitely will go back to buy other pet supplies in the future from these caring people.
