I'd say this PetSmart is a good one. Rarely see dead fish. Bettas pretty decently taken care of and employees on point.

Prices are great if you have a VIP the staff seems to know a lot but sometimes they get into your business and will drive you insane and tries to get you buy stuff you don't really need. If your plaining on getting stuff for a new addition your better make sure you know what you getting so you don't have to really ask for help all that much. But other wise I go here all the time they have a large selection of all things just not live plants.

We got a new dog and the lady at the register gave me a bunch of coupons for all of the items I was buying. Also the staff was really helpful as I was picking out items.
