They suddenly stopped carrying the dog food brand I've always bought there... with no prior warning. It was a high quality/high density food that was popular and highly regarded for the quality. I have about enough food left for 1 more day. So it turns out that amazon prime has a cheaper price with free 2-day shipping. Pet Supplies Plus has lost a customer. I would rather pick up dog food in town but ever since the owner of pet place sold out, our options are mediocre at best.

I went in today looking for food for my cat, who is an older cat with cancer that is having trouble keeping on weight. I was getting frustrated because there are an overwhelming number of options, when an employee approached and offered help. I explained the situation and she was so incredibly helpful. She didn't just hand me a bag and say, "here you go", she took the time to walk me down the aisle and explain to me which formulas I needed to stay away from, what I needed to look for and gave me her to recommendations with explanations as to why she would choose those. I left the store, not only satisfied, but also feeling better equipped to handle something that seems as simple as feeding my cat with his special needs. That employee is so very appreciated.
