Nice furniture and we had a good experience with our Sales Person, Eric but the problem comes with their "customer care" office. We spent almost $10k at Ashley on furniture and when it was delivered on 2/17 our living room rug wasn't there. We tried calling there customer care line 6 times (this is not an exaggeration) and each time we were told "we have to check with the merchandiser and we'll get back to you." NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON EVER GOT BACK TO ME! Not a single time. We tried getting a shipping date, nobody could help us, we tried getting a refund, nobody could help us. Each and every time we called we got the same response; "we've sent a follow up to our merchandiser and someone will call you back." I finally called the store and they gave me an answer right away. Now why didn't someone tell me to call the store in the first place? I have never received such poor customer service. I hate that I have to give the store a low rating because they were actually relatively good to work with, although this is why I rated 2 stars and not 0 stars. I do have to say though, because of this experience I would never, ever shop here again, nor would I recommend to anyone to do so. We have a final, back ordered deliver in April (At least I am hoping) and after that I hope to have no contact with this company ever again.

Affordable selection with even a clearance section. Salesman are tentative without being pushy. Was able to lock in the huge sale price on the couch we wanted with layaway. Only had to put 10% down and came back 3 days later when we got paid. Delivery was cheaper then most all others and the do full service. Bonus was they have a partner company that charges $30 to remove an donate our old couch.

They have lovely furniture here. We bought a sofa. Love it. Our saleswoman was really lovely and heloful. Not at all pushy. This place was not the cheapest place to buy furniture yet could have been higher, I guess. We did have to pay for shipping, I didn't like that but we got it within 2 weeks.

So many options!!! Lots of couches and different styles we went to 4 other furniture stores before here and found more that we liked here than all the other places combined and the prices were low! Love the 5 year protection plan and the low pressure. Sara helped us and was great!!! We love our new couch. Paying for deliver is worth it, so convenient!

**UPDATE 1/17** I Called the store the day after buying the dining room set, the manager (Josh) was easy to work with and corrected the price. I was able to get the set for the price it was advertised for online. The delivery came on time this morning at 915AM, the drivers were friendly and set up the set super quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Over all a good experience-just wish the store would set prices at the same price they are online. My fiancee and I bought a large dining room set today. The sales guy was awesome!! When we got home we looked up the table and chairs we purchased only to be EXTREMELY disappointed because the chairs (we bought 4) are $96 cheaper online, the table was $86 cheaper online and the shipping was $60 cheaper online! I will be calling first thing in the morning to cancel my order unless they can lower the price to reflect the online prices!!
