Just not a big fan of big box retail stores. Office depot is okay. They don't mark their prices up like Staples. Decent customer service. Would recommend. Would recommend right hand turn in right hand turn out into the complex. Left turns are not safe on a heavily traveled road.

Lance was the only good part of my experience! I tried to make a return and the female manager gave me as well as her employee unnecessary attitude. The only reason I go here is because it's close to work. Never would recommend this particular store.

Clean store; well organized, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pretty much everything was in stock, and prices were competitive.

I used their online printing service for same-day/in-store pick-up for my company, and ordered yesterday. I went in 24 hours later on an extremely tight schedule to pick up my cards to deliver for a job and not only did they have no idea I had ordered anything, they didn't even offer the product I'd ordered. Instead of being helpful and suggesting a fix beyond printing my promotional material in the wrong format, dimensions and material (once I had my office email them the file needed) the guy behind the counter just started making excuses giving me the impression that he had no idea what he was doing. This was my second bad experience with the same Office Depot location in a row.
