Rude a** Tony. Rude M* F* we bought over 2,000$ worth  of products. Now we called in to inquire about a full spear bedroom set. He answered, hey, what you want.

Our suggestion, 
When answering the phone:
Answer with a welcoming voice, not the aggressive manor. And push sales for your beifits. 

When customer asks questions:
Don't treat those questions as if there dumb, and blow them off.

Hounesty is not Tony's strong point:

Asked for 'the female' that works there, as her name just fell out my head. Tony (the lair) said we have no female worker here ever. (After our call ended) I then went to our packet got her card, called her, then told her of Tony' s comments, she said sadly he is a coworker with no honesty. I agreed.

There customer service is based on untruth. Iv been doing more research, since my horrible interaction, and the reviews are beyond horrible esp on yelp. Many, say it's a scam. 
I saw many reviews regarding the owner as aggressive towards anyone who left a unapproved comment. Starring he got aggressive. Welcome to a new era. Improve your customer skills Owner- and to fully pass it down to your unprofessional workers, who, Do make commissions. BUT Tony, skip him stay clear.

I've had to throw away every piece of furniture I bought from them within a year of buying it.  The customer service is a joke.  When you call them to replace a broken item, it takes months for them to replace it.   To get a refund, it takes several months.  They are good at giving you the run around. Worst furniture retailer ever. As for the owner with the lame response, I think you need to reread my review.   The furniture didn't last five years.   It lasted less than a year.   The dinette chairs  broke an hour after they were delivered.   I called your customer service and it was a nightmare that lasted for months.  I had to deal with rude employees and  being lied to constantly.   Maybe you all need to train your employees a little better and take accountability.  Your response shows how little you care about the customer.

I bought sofa love seat dining chairs with 5 year extended protection plan at factory furniture direct store paying additional around $300.
 The sofa cushion become saggy and chairs fabric tore because of bad design within 2 years. The protection plan company montage sent a technician to asses the repairs. After reviewing the technicians report they said furniture direct gave substandard furniture and this problems are because of bad design hence they  can not be covered via protection plan. They told me to contact factory furniture direct store, when I contacted them they said they cant do anything about it as its been 2 years. They told me to contact extended protection plan company which is montage. I kept shuttling between this them with no success and the additional amount I paid to buy 5 year protection plan was waste if $$.

Jason- Worst sales person. Don't believe them what ever they say verbally. Get everything in written.
