Just moved to the area and desperately needed to buy a couch. I checked out inventory online and went into the store on January 27. I did not expect to find great options at decent prices. Elise helped us and answered any and all questions we had without hesitation, from fabric type to financing! She was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Absolutely deserves to make commission plus more! Delivery is due on the 1st of February and I am very eager to see the furniture we chose in my house. Financing option was reasonable and great way to built credit. Hoping delivery goes well with no damaged pieces, as I do look forward to buying more pieces in the future! Wonderful shopping experience and not as grueling as I had assumed furniture shopping would be.

Bought a bedroom set with newly opened credit just for it. Delivery date set up a few weeks later to prepare home. When we called to get the pieces we paid for delivered, they announce it has been discontinued, and the pieces they sold us were not available. Instead of calling us and informing us, or offering the chest they had left, the manager Jim said “if it is the sales person’s day off, they wouldn’t call you and offer you the products on the floor. The set was sold on a first come-first serve basis.” Funny, we WERE first.  Instead of an apology or any help, we are being told, they can’t help if something is discontinued, and there is nothing to be done. Took a hit to our credit, had our hopes up, time effort and energy without anything in the way of customer service, accountability, or apology. Truly sick business men, eager for the dollar, and just as eager to kick you to the curb when you have no further use.

We came in for a new bed for my kiddos. We had a great experience at this store! The salesman was very helpful and helped us find the right bed! My kids love their new beds! We even picked out a new entertainment center! We will be back for our new bed soon!

Worst delivery service ever. I’m waiting on them to deliver the same piece of furniture for the fourth time. The last three were damage. Then they call and say they won’t be able to deliver today.  The Killeen store is terrible, the employees are unprofessional and one of them had the audacity to tell my husband that they will not replace the piece of furniture that they sent broken in the first place. However, it was fixed by one of the costumer service agents. Take your business else where, it is rediculus to miss 4 days of work because they can’t manage to deliver one piece of furniture that is not broken. I’m not talking about a whole sectional. I’m talking about one bar cabinet.

Ok, so I am so late, I purchased about $5T worth of furniture from Rooms to Go. My furniture is still in great condition (all of it)...Hopefully by the time I return the storage/accent cabinets will still be available, I need to purchase 4 more in a couple different colours...I worked with Arlene and I'm looking forward to working with her again....She is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and great taste in decorating...Look out Arlene I'm moving back next month and preparing to purchase a home so more furniture I will need😊 See you soon! 
*Side Note I posted pictures last year when I initially purchased my furniture, they are still on the site available to see. See you soon Arlene so we can put your awesome skills to work again.😁
