We purchased a bedroom set for my son on 10/29/17 and are STILL waiting for the bed to be assembled. Three failed attempts and now my son has been sleeping on the couch since 11/15. After purchasing the set I went home and reviewed the order to discover it was wrong. I called the store to review with them. They agreed they made an error. The re ordered the underbed storage and thus had to change our delivery date from 11/10 to 11/15. When they arrived on 11/15/17 we had removed the old bedroom set to make room for the new furniture. The delivery guys were able to setup everything except the bed due to a piece being broken. They left us with "someone will call you tomorrow". No one did. We had to make a couple of phone calls and wait for someone to call us back to say due to the Thanksgiving holiday we had to wait until 11/24/17 for them to come back and finish the assembly. The second delivery attempt on 11/24/17 did not go well either. That excuse was now it was the wrong piece and it didn't fit. Again we were left with, "someone will call you on Monday". We understand these things happen, however, we had gotten rid of the old furniture on 11/14 and now our son is sleeping on a couch waiting for this "piece" to be fixed. So our third attempt was scheduled for 12/14/17. At 3:30pm we receive a call that the truck is broken down and if we still wanted them to come, if so, they would be late. We stressed the importance that this needed to be fixed today, we didn't care how late. At 6pm we had a lady call us to say they had the truck fixed but would not be coming to assemble the bed. We were asked to reschedule to THE NEXT AVAILABLE date which would be 12/20!!!!

I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley home store at Easton, I was expecting it to arrive as told on December 16, 2017, now it has been pushed back to December 20 however; this change did not inconvenience me, but my husband was not pleased. I also purchased a mattress set from the better sleep shop. Mr Kyle Smith (sleep specialist) on Gramercy Pkwy assisted me with my purchase he was so so kind and polite, well versed on the products, very nice and intelligent man. I will certainly purchase other furniture from Ashley.

Our salesperson was very personable and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the different models of mattresses that he sold. He encouraged our questions. The only issue was we thought when we made the purchase that our old bed frame along with the mattress and box springs would be taken by the delivery associates. When they arrived they said they only take the old mattress and box springs.

We purchased 3 mattresses yesterday. Kyle Smith was very informative and not a pushy salesman. I would highly recommend this store and Kyle.

Good Furnitures, horrible deliver service. They have a excellent quality furnitures. Sale staff are professional and nice. But their deliver system is a nightmare. They don't answer the call, they can't find your order, their voice mail system is failure. And often leave you messages without helpful information.
