Let me start by saying that my in-store experience was great, and Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Once I stepped foot outside of the store; however, my experience has been absolutely ridiculous and I regret ever purchasing a couch there. My couch was delivered toward the end of July. One of the couch cushions was delivered with a broken zipper and stuffing falling out (of course the delivery guy placed it upside down so I wouldn't see it until after they left). I was informed the delivery men could not do anything and that I should call customer service. Customer service setup an appointment for almost a month after that for someone to come fix it. Once that appointment rolled around, the guy was there for all of 2 minutes because he could not fix it and said I would need a new cushion casing delivered... Call customer service again: "It should ONLY be 3 weeks for the casing to come in from the manufacturer, and then we'll have to setup an appointment for someone to replace it." I'm, sorry.. ONLY 3 weeks? When it's already been a month since delivery? At this point I expressed how unsatisfied I have been with this entire process and asked about a refund or some form of compensation. The response was "we can't discuss any form of compensation until the entire process is completed"... I eventually asked if I could just return the couch, and I got "Sorry, you would have needed to do that within the first 7 days." I'm sorry, I didn't realize within the first 7 days how awful your customer service process would be to fix a couch cushion... Well, now it is 5 weeks later, and I had heard nothing. I called customer service once again, and after they had called the manufacturer to get an ETA for the casing, I am told "I'm sorry, the manufacturer couldn't provide an ETA and the parts department is gone for the day." ..... So, apparently I'll be getting a call on Monday to give me an update. Meanwhile, I sit on my delivered damaged couch and CANNOT WAIT for this process to be over so I can disassociate myself from the company as a whole. I will never recommend buying furniture from Morris Home after this experience.

We've been looking for the right wine rack and found the perfect fit at Morris - they even let us buy the floor model since delivery would have been 10+ weeks since it was a custom piece from overseas!

We recently purchased a new home and stopped by to look at few things to furnish our dining room, breakfast nook and bonus room. We were greeted by Geoffrey who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and didn’t seem frustrated at all with us (we had one of our boys who is 2 and spilling gold fish everywhere). He gave us an estimate and told us about all the specials and deals. We will be back when we close on our house and purchase our furniture from Morris Home, more importantly, from Geoffrey.

Just wanted to give your store and staff a resounding 5 🌟review. Lynn B., Natacha and Tiffany were all so helpful in the purchase of our ordered slipcovered sofa. We are from Michigan, and although they cannot deliver merchandise to our location, decided it was still a great buy for us. We walked into your store expecting a lower quality of furniture, but in fact, discovered higher quality pieces and exactly what we were looking for. Looking forward to having this piece in our "not quite completed" new house/home by the Blue Water Bridge and relaxing on it watching the Great Lake and International freighters pass by!

Furniture is junk. We've had our brand new leather couch for one day, and it has dog claw marks. Our dogs claws are buffed, and our Zgallerie leather couch we've had for a year has ZERO MARKS! We were told no warranty against this, the leather was high quality, and we shouldnt have any problems. Called the store, they referred me to customer service, and they said sorry no coverage...I could pay for a repair! My advice...buy top quality Italian leather from a place like Zgallerie or go to Lazy Boy which offers a pet warranty I think is called jaws and claws. Response to owner....I did reach out to you. Please read my entire review. Plus I got a phone call from Ken last night at the store. They will do nothing. This couch is not going to hold up. The leather is too cheap.
