We had a wonderful experience at FrontRoom. My husband and I went in and spent hours deciding for 2.5 days. Kelli was WONDERFUL!!! She was patient, kind, funny and she listened to us!!! She didn't try and sell us something more than what she heard (from truly listening) us stating. We cannot thank her enough for her honesty, patience and understanding! We would buy from her over and over! She should be commended for her professionalism and patience.

Since last March, I've been to Front Room Furnishings 3 times looking to do a renovation in my family room and wanting whatever I chose to coordinate with a glider that had belonged to my parents. My first time I was met by Rita. She was very professional and listened and looked at pictures of the chair. She was very patient as we looked at many sofas and chairs. She had me sit in each to see if they were comfortable and informed me of all the options I could get with each one I liked. I finally found a leather chair by Smith Bros. and a couch which were extremely comfortable and well-made. Not being sure, I kept her card and left but returned a month later having looked throughout Columbus. I requested that Rita help me and ended up purchasing a blue leather chair and also ordered the sofa to coordinate with the leather chair and also my parents' glider. I then returned in August as I was given a birthday check to help purchase a piece of furniture by brother and his wife. I wanted the matching ottoman that went with the sofa. Again I requested Rita to work with me. I can't thank Rita enough for her help as my family room now looks well put together with everything going well with my parents' glider. In my trips, I also found the manager and all the people who I paid and set up dates for delivery to be very personal and polite. They weren't acting like they wanted your business but very happy you'd chosen them and made you feel a part of their family. The men who delivered all my pieces were very careful of my furniture and my home and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it placed. My entire family room is now Front Room Furnishings including a lamp I purchased a year ago. I can't thank them enough and know I will be back! Karen S. Arnold PS. Came into store to look for a couch. Was helped immediately and then left alone as requested. When I had a question Tammy was there to answer questions and show me fabric samples. She was helpful,polite,and informative without being pushy. I left with an order for a new couch and 4 pillows and a happy shopper. Thank you.

Love this place.has alot to choose from. EVERYONE is so nice, they don't jump all over you or follow you around.they say hello, tell you about any sales,& leave you alone to look around.if you do need help, they are there in a second.Will definitely be shopping there again.

Okay... revising my bad and one star review. Still not thrilled because my brand new couch broke twice in the first month - and it was not a cheap couch; the electric recline mechanisms broke. But, their customer service to resolve the problem has been great. Stuff happens. And, when a business makes a huge effort to make it right, they deserve praise. Thank you!
