Stopped by with an idea of what we wanted, but no final decisions. Had an amazing experience with Salesperson Reggie Ward. Was friendly, professional and tuned to our needs. Had an absolute understanding of the merchandise, including color, style and available protections. Absolutely not pushy and made sure he was focused on the best thing for us, (versus the store only). Will be back and would highly recommend if you’re sick of the “normal” furniture shopping experience.

We went to pick up a new couch and ottoman and we found exactly what we were looking for. The people here are phenomenal. They made the experience a good one, made us feel at home! 5 Stars would recommend for anyone looking for any furniture needs! Trey Anderson made us feel at home and she made the process easy. She was fantastic, would recommend her for anyone.

No high pressure or standing on top of you while you're trying to make a decision. Cody answered all of our questions and explained our options for purchasing (cash vs. finance). Think we've found our new favorite furniture store!

Store manager was no help, nor was customer service manager. Once store manager made her rounds throughout the store, every associate ignored what we needed. Sales rep did not know her job, have text messages showing everything she told us to do. Store manager told us she could not make a decision had to come from corporate office. Spent over 2 plus hours on the phone with multiple people from corporate office in Tennessee. Wish I could of spoke with Chad Spencer the treatment we have received since December 30, 2017. Felt like a customer back in high school with grown adults talking about you . Have no idea what is going on with our order or our account. Once customer service #058 said he can't do anything about $163 And the store will not budge. After dealing with there associates mistake and Jay customer service managers conversation on the phone who never made contact with me when i arrived. Only person decent was a nice lady Linda and Trey. Sophia got up and walked away once I got corporate on the line walked by me twice NEVER asked if i got any answers then went to lunch. Over a sofa sales rep sold to us that was wrong. The warehouse said we had 72 hours. We called within 4 hours and said we have a problem We were told u bought it u take it. 2 people in this store has been very customer courteous. I've never been so mistreated and set to the side like we were nobody after spending $1500. I have all night googled Chad Spencer and who he is and what this company is? First it was a bed mattress we bought in 2017 that collapsed our bed because sales rep Jeremy never got us the metal piece for moving parts of that makes the bed move up and down. Now this. I've never seen managers gloat in front of customers after they won after 3 hours like i saw tonight sitting with my 10 year old. Now I get notice that they are coming to get the wrong couch on the 5th and we have nothing to replace it and nobody has even spoke to us?? Sophia let me walk out the door, never said how can we fix this what would u like or we will be picking up the wrong order tomorrow from your home, customer service told me that. No manager spoke to me. Like we had the plague and everyone was told to stay away and they did we sat at a small table and nobody reached out to us except a nice sales rep lady named Trey promising she will see what she can make right. I hope this gets to the CEO Chad Spencer and not a rude store manager.

One of the worst furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had. I did some research online and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I purchased a sectional and a bed for my new apartment. My first frustration was that the sectional would be delayed for about a month and a half with possible further delays and that the sectional could be delivered in pieces. I debated for awhile on whether or not to get the sectional, I had it removed from my order and the manager comes over and explains that I was saving about $800 on my order and if I repurchase at a later date the price would increase significantly. There wasn’t many other options and I really loved the sectional so I decided to go with it. Once placed back on my order the sales associate explained that it wasn’t $800 of savings it was actually quite less. The manger seemed to have blatantly lied just to receive a sale, shame on him. After the purchase the sales associate explains their 10% restocking fee Here’s my issue how are you charging a restocking fee for an item that’s not in any of your warehouses and will not be delivered to me for almost another month and a half? What if I changed my mind? I would have to repurchase an item with Ashley furniture and their selection is already limited. That was my second frustration. I went back to the store to cancel the sectional because I just couldn’t wait that long and I replaced it with another similar sectional. Again the delivery date was two weeks out, so frustrating. Our bed took almost a week to be delivered and installation was a breeze. Well here we are 5 days later and last night I noticed a dip in my mattress. I pull the mattress back only to discover that all three slack supports were literally spilt in half and broken, one slack support didn’t even have screws holding it in place and the other two were poorly constructed. I didn’t watch the delivery men put the bed together because I assumed that they were professionals and didn’t need to be monitored. I’m completely over this place at this point and I will NEVER make another purchase with this company.
