Not happy with the delivery and inventory system. Everything was fine at the store. The sales person was nice and all and told us that every piece of furniture was in stock, she was even checking on her iPad to make sure everything was in stock. A week later they call us to tell us we have to wait a month to receive an $800 lounge bed. We decided to wait but now we received another call telling us the bed is out of stock again until June. I called to cancel the order and the lady that I talked to didn't even apologize for it. She didn't care much and cancelled it right away. Another big issue is their delivery system. As a costumer you have to block out an entire day for them to deliver your furniture. This is not convenient at all. Most companies give you a couple hours window where they can come and deliver the furniture.

Service is so awful, I felt obligated to warn others. Pray to God there isn't the slightest issue with your furniture. They have 1 service tech for all of Indianapolis. You have to schedule a day weeks in advance and then they call two days ahead to tell you the time slot you are given. You cannot choose a time...ever. If it doesn't work for you, you have to pick another day in a couple of weeks and hope it works out better that time. They have been out 3 times and have failed to fix the issue, but they "fired the old guy and got a new one" so that will supposedly do the trick. That is if the stars align to get him to look at it. Worst of all, they seem to think this is all perfectly acceptable. They are not self-aware enough to realize how bad this is from a customer service perspective.

Robin M. was by far the most professional salesperson I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and great customer service skills are what every customer is looking for when making a large purchase. I highly recommend her and will be back to make another purchase within the year. If you are looking to buy some furniture, ask for Robin...you will not be disappointed.

Service is TERRRIBLE!! First off, I didnt get the bunk beds i ordered however the ones delivered seemed to be fine i really couldnt afford my kids to go w/o beds. They put my kids bunk beds together very sloppy i had to go back and tighten things n put things back in place. My sectional was also put together very sloppily and sectional broke in less than 1yr. I call for service and they tell me that they dont service on weekends at all so I would have to miss a full days of work. I schedule the day off from work they said I needed to, I call them and ask for a time and it turns out my appointment is actually 2 weeks out (mind you my seat is sunk in to the ground). The customer service is TRASH they dont even bother to try and satisfy the customer what so ever not to mention I was on the phone 30 MIN to still leave my call extremely furious and dissatisfied. I will never EVER EVER get furniture from this terrible place ever again. I recommend sticking to a more professional business who cares and will make sure you are satisfied and with better quality of furniture. This was a horrible place to deal with and I truly hope anyone thinks twice before purchasing furniture and purchasing warranties from them.

I had to make a google account just to leave this review. Most definitely the most horrific experience as a customer I've ever encountered. The salesman was a leech after being told more than once by more than one person her help was not needed. THEN once she found out I received a discount there because I work for a sister company she told us we had wasted her time that she doesn't get commission from our sale.. and then stomped off like a 2 year old. WE HAD TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES TO LEAVE US ALONE. Very rude very unprofessional.
