I am not a customer here (nor will I ever be now), but there was an incident where one of their inconsiderate delivery drivers blocked my moving company's truck by pulling behind them. They were left sitting on the clock for 30 minutes since they could not leave. This Kittles delivery driver not only accrued extra cost on my move, but the workers ended up losing out on another job because they were late. How unprofessional and heedless. Please train your employees to have common sense.

Linda is a furniture genius! She found the perfect fabrics and styles for us and was just as invested in my mom's living room as we were. Ask for Linda if you need to match with existing pieces or if you're very picky. She'll be incredibly helpful and make sure you're happy with your purchase while staying as much as possible within your budget.

Bought a leather glider/recliner one year ago. The motor that controls the reclining mechanism went out. A repairman came out 9 weeks ago and indicated parts would take 4-6 weeks. I followed up at 6 weeks and the parts weren’t in. I’ve called twice since and I’ve been told “we emailed the manufacturer in China and haven’t heard back.” Well, I didn’t buy my recliner from the manufacturer in China. I bought it from Kittles. I’ve asked for a new recliner. I will update once I hear back. I’m supposed to hear back this week.
Unfortunately paying a slightly higher price isn’t paying off with kittles.
