Thanks to Megan at the Appleton location, we were able to find an amazing bedset and mattress! We love the look and quality. She was not pushy or in a rush to make us buy something. I am a very picky person when it comes to furniture, especially a bed. We spent a good 2 hours looking around and she was very patient with us.

million stars for this place. Jon was warm and professional. We have been on the hunt for a year for a bed. Bought one from competition and never got delivered. I will be back. Also their prices are great.

We found the sofa and love seat we thought we would like online and went in to Ashley HomeStore for a closer look.  Janie, the associate who assisted us, was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy in the least.  The price quoted online was less than in the store and the lower price was honored when it was mentioned.  Our furniture was deliver as expected and right on time by a careful and considerate team of movers.  We will return to Ashley HomeStore for future purchases.

I have changed my mind from my original star rating. We bought a sectional couch and 2 months after we get it there are problems with it. Cushions are going flat, the outside corners are fraying and when you put your arm on the arm rest it squeaks. I called and they sent a service guy out. He said the corners are from pets (We don’t have any pets because of allergies) the squeaking is from cardboard in the arms that is used to separate the wood from the cloth and the cushion issue is normal. I called the service center people back and was sent to a managers voice mail. I left a short message with my phone number and have not gotten a call back a week later. DON’T waste your money. I have a $3500 sectional if you want it.

Patty was great. Her knowledge of all the furniture in all departments was impressive. Made an experience we thought would be daunting very easy. Would gladly work with Patty again!
