This has been the place we've added pieces to a couple rooms in the house. Seem to have really competitive prices. Our sales rep Cindy was wonderful. Very helpful, stayed in touch regarding our order status. They might "jump you" upon waking in the store but most of the sales reps are not pushy and will let you look in peace if that's what you want.

We ordered a nice new bed, box spring, bed frame and a decent kitchen table. We had a very pushy saleswoman. We don't live in the city so our delivery options were terrible and they were not willing to help us on it or anything even after a $3k purchase for 2 pieces of furniture. Not exactly thrilled but they were lower cost on the furniture but definitely not delivery.

Salesperson "Dar" helped us with a mattress purchase and she was exceptional. She confidently took charge of a comfortable process of helping us make a decision - and objectively presented the facts, pros and cons of the mattresses we tried out, all while staying within our price range. We never felt pushed in a certain direction. She helped keep our kid entertained and had the right amount of non-distracting and pleasant side conversations. The whole experience was great. Thanks Dar!

Rather odd salesman followed my mother and I around the store. He addressed us in an odd manner and grabbed my shoulder in the first few minutes of arriving. Just felt weird. We did not end up buying anything. We speed out when another customer asked him a question. The cookies are good, the bathrooms clean, and the furniture seems average.

Beautiful and vast selection with a wide price range of furniture to choose from. The amount of different sales people wondering around and asking if you need help was a little too much for my taste but they weren't pushy so that was appreciated.
