Good selection but I will have to say horrible horrible service! Purchased our first sofa their with the help of their manger which he had terrible attitide towards us! Gave us the attitude because we got denied for our application for financing the first time. Asked him to run it through again with different name to which he looked at us as if we were some broke a$$ with poor credit. Rolling his eyes and sighing towards us! To which in the end we got approved! Poor manager with no good customer service! Sales associates are pretty good though. 
SECOND TIME THERE! We ended up with a sales associate. THANK GOD! I would of denied the manager's assistance. But anyways found 2 sofas They wanted 2 forms of card that has a name and due date to which my mom literally did not have a second form of id. So employee told us to apply online. So we did and wow we got the worst service ever from their bank they are now with for financing. SYNCHRONY I believe is what it is call. Wouldn't let me talk on behalf of my mom. They went to look for a translator to which she didn't even know how to translate. Saying on the other line my mom don't know her state or where she lives. Wtf! I was furious!!! When that dumb translator didn't know how to translate asking for the state my mom currently lives in. They wouldn't let me talk because it had to be that translator who don't even know how to translate. 
All I can say is never again!

Good selection/decent prices.  But, will have waited 1.5 weeks until delivery (should receive this week... will update afterwards).  The rub: you cannot receive what you buy immediately from the store.  

Here are your options:

1) Pay for delivery ($67).  However, because their distribution warehouse is in Green Bay (and deliveries are only made twice a week), you will probably have to wait 1-2 weeks.  They will dispose of furniture you are replacing, though.  

2) Get it from the warehouse yourself.  If you have a truck, you can pick it up yourself.  However, it will be a roughly 120 mile round trip to their warehouse in Green Bay.  If you have to rent a truck, a standard U-Haul will cost roughly $100 after mileage, and not including gas.  You might be able to pick it up the same day (if they have your purchase in stock), though.

3) Pick it up from the store.  Deliveries are only made to the store weekly, so you'll have to wait until the next available shipment to the store.

Provided all goes well with the delivery, I'm satisfied with the prices/quality, but fairly unsatisfied with the nearly-unavoidable delays in receiving purchased goods.

They have no time for you!!!!! was there waited a hour for the sales guy to come back finally just walked out and bought a mattress from mattress firm instead
