Had to go out of my way to visit the Green Valley, Az. store. But so worth the trip. Nice to go into a store and not be attached by sales associates. The sales associate who attended my daughter and myself is named Jackie. She is a very friendly, kind and patient young lady. Who never made us feel pressured to choose or purchase anything. She allowed us time and space to discuss our choices and purchase. Most important she listen to my ideas and vision I had for our home. If you're looking for a great experience Green valley is the store and asking for Jackie is a must!

Our salesman Terrance (Terry) offered to help and when told that we knew what we were looking for without assistance did not push. On the other hand he stayed nearby and when we did ask for information was very knowledgable about the product. He was friendly and helpful and efficient when we checked out.

Susan was great at offering me different options for pricing and warranty. I was going to buy online but decided to go in to the store and it was the best thing I did. I ended up getting a good deal including the warranty and delivery. I’ll definitely be back to get a couple of more things I’ll be needing for the house.

I recently went to Ashley on a search for a new bedroom set witch I am absolutely obsessed with! I wanted to thank Mrs.Maria Moreno for going above and beyond in helping me she was very welcoming and helpful an excellent sales associate! I am absolutely in love with my room every piece especially my vanity which Maria was able to help me get and negotiate a price for! I will soon be back and I'll be sure to recommend Maria to my close friends and family!

I had a pleasant and successful shopping experience at Ashley Home Store on Jan. 4, 2018. Terry Cohen was helpful and professional as I made my choices. I will go back when I'm in the market for furnishings in the future.
