Heard my favorite salesman was relocated to WV! I'm so bummed! Was going to send a friend to see him and him only today and learned he's no longer in Raleigh. :( Ryan helped both me and my friends numerous times while I was living in North Carolina, and NEVER steered us the wrong way. You will not find anyone as knowledgable and passionate as him. He truly cares about the products he sales and it SHOWS. I'm jealous, Charleston! I'm almost tempted to tell them to road trip it...

Sales guy was extremely rude to another customer he was on the phone with when I walked in. 15 minutes later when he got off the phone and I was suddenly on his radar he was extremely pushy trying to get me to buy a mattress way outside my price range TODAY. As I was walking towards the door he's  asking "what price would I have to drop to to get you to buy" and "is it the price? Is it the price?" And I said no, it's the pushiness and left. Will never set foot in there again.

Great products, and wonderful salespeople. The problem is the people who deliver the products to you. The people who came to install the mattress were rude and not helpful. We bought a tempurpedic adjustable bed and they didn't bother to make sure it worked before they left. It didn't work of course, and when we called them back, they were not helpful and refused to come back.
