The best customer service I have ever experienced. I was shopping for a whole house furniture and I visited most of the stores in Connecticut but I was not happy with the service, prices or the quality of the merchandise they have and I was reluctant to visit Ashly store in orange du to the rating it my wife advised me to visit it and it was the best advise. The e moment I walked into the store I felt comfortable and the salesman Approached me with a smile and courtesy, asked me if I need some help and didn't push me to buy. He explained the price and the quality with the at most professional service I was so impressed with them so much that I bought the whole house furniture from them and when the time came to discuss the price I was much more impressed with the price that I I bought the furniture I walked out with a big smile even though I walked in just to look the quality is wonderful the price is magnificent and the service is better than I ever Experienced with other furniture stores I highly recommend it to everybody to walk in and experience what I seen and felt.

Valarie was an excellent sales person. She had a lot of patience with me and found just what I wanted. Ashley's have a variety of everything I like and I will be back soon.

Wonderful experience at this particular Ashley's. Terrance S. helped out in every way possible and was extremely accommodating, pacient, and professional. Their manager also aided in a few other issues that we encountered, making us feel every issue feel easy.
