Had a Bobs mattress that started sagging. They sent a technician out right away and determined I could get the full amount of the mattress reimbursed after 5 years of owning it. Went to the Orange location and worked with Jennifer Hertz and the sales rep. Drew to obtain a new bed. Been a few weeks. We are very pleased. The store staff was helpful right from the start and knowledgeable enough to help me pick something that will help my sciatica.

Bob’s furniture was great I would recommend them to anyone. My experience was awesome. They had a text message delivery system you can track the vehicle during your delivery. They send you an active email where you can click on for status of your delivery. Bobs actually calls you prior to their arrival. There time for delivery was spot on and was actually earlier than I expected. They set up the equipment and they also demonstrated how it works everything was perfect they were very professional and very quick. Thank you Bob!!

Very pleased with my shopping experience at Bob's today. Drew, the associate who assisted me, was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable, professional and so courteous. He offered suggestions, without any high pressure tactics, and helped me find the perfect recliner within my budget. Thank you, Drew!

It was a great experience. Drivers called to let me know exactly when then would be here. They were quick and very efficient. I was estactic to receive my delivery today. Love the furniture. Sales help was great too. Very knowledgeable. Happy Holidays to everyone at Bobs

Just bought our bed here. William was our sales person and he was amazing! I can't say enough about his fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend this furniture for anyone looking for both quality and good price.
